VISION FOR THE GYMNASIUM
An active, united gymnasium where everyone feels safe, happy and proud to be a member of the community.
Active – every member of the community not only participates in the activities of the Gymnasium, but also proposes and implements ideas, shares experiences and learns.
United – the community sets common goals and works together to achieve them. All members work together to solve problems, make rules and follow them.
Safe – community members trust each other. No one is subjected to violence or bullying, and feels equal, valued and respected.
Happy – when everyone is seen, understood and healthy. People are surrounded by a comfortable psychological and physical environment that allows them to realise their ideas.
Proud – when we can take pride in the achievements, sincere communication, traditions and uniqueness of the gymnasium.
